Hi Faaiz, it’s common practice that a prisoner or any detainee never sits behind the driver. Should the driver be attacked the consequences potentially would be far more serious. I can see the logic in the front passenger having a rear view mirror. Thanks for taking the time to contact us, we appreciate it.

Prisoner should have been behind the Taxi driver. Front passenger officer should have had a rear view mirror.
